Magnetic Displacement Measurement Series
The Firstrate magnetostrictive sensor is mainly composed of a measuring rod, an electronic compartment and a non-contact magnetic ring sleeved on the measuring rod. A magnetostrictive wire (waveguide wire) is installed in the measuring rod. The measuring rod is made of a non-magnetic stainless steel tube, which reliably protects the waveguide wire. When working, an initial pulse is generated by the electronic circuit in the electronic warehouse. When this initial pulse is transmitted in the waveguide wire, a rotating magnetic field that advances in the direction of the waveguide wire is generated at the same time. When this magnetic field meets the permanent magnetic field in the magnetic ring , Produce magnetostrictive effect, make the waveguide wire twist. This twist is sensed by the energy pick-up mechanism installed in the electronic warehouse and converted into the corresponding return pulse. The electronic circuit calculates the initial pulse and the return pulse. The time difference between the two (as the principle of radar ranging), the measured displacement can be accurately measured.
The non-contact design of the magnetic ring and the measuring rod of the Firstrate magnetostrictive displacement sensor makes the sensor wear-free and noise-free during the measurement process, reduces the loss of the product, improves the service life of the product, and meets the long-term work requirements without calibration. It can provide users with real-time, reliable, accurate, and continuous linear displacement measurement under harsh working environments, which meets the requirements of metallurgical equipment, wind power generation, construction machinery, rubber machinery, port machinery, injection molding machines, new energy and other industrial automation fields Supporting demand.
