Pressure core series

Firstrate pressure diffusion silicon oil-filled core series is a silicon piezoresistive sensor based on MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) technology. It is packaged with pressure chips from internationally renowned manufacturers. The external pressure is filled through a 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internal filling. Silicone oil is transferred to the sensitive element and can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel.

Each sensor has undergone strict zero-point and full-scale temperature compensation before leaving the factory to ensure the measurement accuracy in complex environments, provide reliable guarantees for various sensor manufacturers and meet the needs of actual industry working conditions.
